The next meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Monday 12th April 2021 at 7.30pm.

Under present guidance, the Council is meeting remotely via Zoom.

Residents are very welcome to join our meetings. A Public Participation Session is held at the start of each meeting to receive any representations, questions, requests or suggestions from parishioners. After that time, members of the public are welcome to stay and observe the meeting but may only speak by direction invitation from the Chairman. We are aware that not everybody has the means to join our online meetings. Please contact the Clerk or one of the Councillors directly if you have any questions or concerns that you wish to bring to the Council's attention. 

The agenda for any forthcoming meeting is published below approximately one week before the meeting. Paper copies of the agenda are also displayed on the notice boards at the Village Hall and by the Notice Tree.

Please note that minutes are published here in draft format until approved by the committee and may be therefore be subject to change. 

The Annual Parish Community Meeting is held in Hadnall Village Hall every May. [The 2020 Parish Meeting was cancelled due to COVID19].
